Accompanied by a good hot milk, these tartlets with milk jam will brighten the snacks of your gourmands and treat them.
- 250g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 3 pinches of salt
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- ½ glass of hot water
- 1 jar of Happy Mother's milk jam
- 75g of dark chocolate
- Pralin cracks
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar.
Add the diced butter and flour ointment, kneading quickly and gently with your fingertips. Then add water to allow the dough to bind and form a ball.
Roll out the dough on baking paper and cut the tartlet base with a cookie cutter.
Spread the tartlets in the mussels, then prick the bottom with a fork.
Cook the blanks (the dough only) 25 min at 200 ° C
Tip: Put a sheet of parchment paper on the dough already pricked, then spread on the bottom of the stones / lentils / dry beans. This method makes it possible to obtain, after cooking, a regular dough ready to be filled.
After cooling fill the bottoms with milk jam.
For the decor:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then use a fork to decorate and sprinkle with broken praline.
