1 tomato, a little semolina, parsley ... it does not take more to make this tabouleh recipe for your little gourmand from 2 years.


  • 1 ripe middle tomato
  • 35 g of semolina
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt.


Pour the semolina into a small bowl. Scald the tomato for 1 minute, peel it, seed it and cut it in small cubes over the semolina to recover the juice. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and chopped herbs. Mix and let swell for at least 2 hours. When serving, check the seasoning.
