  • 500 g of fresh fish fillet (cod, whiting, sole ...)
  • 4 leek whites
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 yoghurt
  • the juice of a lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of dill.


Wash and peel the vegetables, then slice them. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil and dip the vegetables with dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes in small broth, then remove the dill. Place the fish fillets in the broth. Cover the pan, then turn off the heat and let the fish poach for 5 minutes. Mix the yoghurt with the broth and serve immediately.
