Chicken is the friend of future moms. It is lean, high in protein and blends with carrot and ginger vitamins, which are invaluable in relieving the nausea of ​​pregnancy.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 500 g of chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • oil

Preparation:

Cut the chicken into strips. Put it in a bowl with the vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and crushed garlic cloves. Marinate 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Peel the carrots and cut them in julienne. Make them come back in a little oil. Add the chicken with its sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Dilute the cornflour in 10 cl of water and pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 min.
Serve your sauteed chicken with rice.
