Salad of shells with artichoke

Vegetables ... mixed with shells, it's party time! From 18 months old.


  • 30 g of shells
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 fresh or frozen artichoke background
  • the juice of 1 half lemon
  • 1 C. coffee oil
  • salt


Wash the artichoke, cut the tail, remove the leaves, remove the hay. Lemon the bottom obtained and cook it 30 minutes steaming. Let cool, cut into cubes. Lemon them with half of the lemon juice. Cook the shells for 12 minutes in boiling salted water. Refresh them under cold water, drain them. Scald the tomato, peel it, seed it and cut it into cubes. Combine the items in a bowl, with the remaining lemon, the oil and a pinch of salt. Decorate with a sprig of chervil, serve.
